Services
We provide professional financial and bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank and Credit Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
Services are provided exclusively within the United States.
Payments and Invoices
- All payments are made by invoice.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If services are canceled after work has commenced, the client is required to pay 50% of the agreed service fee or a pro-rated amount based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Services canceled before work begins will not incur charges.
- Once work has started, refunds will not be provided for the portion already completed.
- Zaiflow International reserves the right to cancel any service or engagement in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of our services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary to perform services.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, data, or systems.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, text, graphics, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Zaiflow International unless otherwise stated.
- Clients may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Zaiflow International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Privacy and Data Collection
- We collect personal data (such as name, email address, and message) through our contact form and when clients subscribe to our newsletter.
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Clients may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link provided in our communications.
