Welcome to ZaiFlow International. These Free Trial Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and use of our free trial offer, our website, and any related communications. By accessing our website, signing up for the free trial, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Trial Length & Scope
- Duration: 3 weeks from onboarding.
- Choose one scope:
a) Catch-up for up to 2 prior months, or
b) One monthly close, or
c) Clean-up review with prioritized fixes. - Platforms: QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Data limits: up to 2 bank and 2 credit card accounts (typical SMB volume).
Eligibility
- New clients only; one trial per company.
- U.S.–based businesses; remote service.
- We may decline trials that don’t fit scope or risk profile.
What’s Included
- Reconciliations per selected scope, variance notes, and a brief Findings & Plan.
- Light AP/AR tidy-up needed for the selected scope.
- Optional 15-minute readout at the end of the trial.
What’s Not Included
- Tax preparation/filing, payroll runs, prior-year rebuilds beyond scope, system migrations, third-party app fees, legal/assurance services.
Access & Cooperation
- You’ll provide timely access to accounting software and bank feeds/statements.
- If access or cooperation is delayed, we may pause or end the trial.
Card Hold & Billing
- A $1 card hold may be placed for identity verification; it is not a charge and is released automatically.
- The trial is free. If you continue, published pricing applies (with any stated intro discounts).
Confidentiality & Data
- Secure client portal; least-access permissions; MFA on tool accounts.
- NDA available on request.
- Your data remains yours; upon request we’ll return or delete trial exports we created.
Early Termination
- Either party may end the trial at any time. If ended early for non-cooperation or scope breach, deliverables may be limited to work completed.
Testimonials (Optional)
- We may invite you to provide a short testimonial (1–3 sentences) about your trial experience.
- Testimonials are voluntary and must be honest. There is no requirement to leave a positive review, and declining will not affect service.
- If you choose to provide one, you grant us permission to use it on our website/marketing.
- We will not publish names, logos, or identifying details without written permission. By default, testimonials may be anonymized or use a first name/industry (e.g., “—Owner, Service Business”).
- We may lightly edit for length/clarity without changing meaning; you may request changes or withdrawal at any time.
- Where a testimonial comes from a trial client, we will include a small disclosure that the client participated in a free trial.
General
- These terms may be updated; the version in effect at the time of booking applies.
