ZaiFlow International offers a promotional, free Bookkeeping Diagnostic Review to new prospective business clients. This review is designed to identify ledger structure problems, feed disconnects, and reconciliation discrepancies in your accounting files before formal engagements are established.
The free diagnostic review is available exclusively to new business clients operating in the United States. The diagnostic review is subject to ZaiFlow's operational capacity, and we reserve the sole right to decline diagnostic reviews for complex corporate structures, incomplete files, or entities that fall outside our bookkeeping services scope.
The diagnostic review covers an evaluation of your existing QuickBooks Online or Xero setup and ledger registers. It may include:
To perform the review, the client must provide read-only, non-admin accountant access to their QuickBooks Online or Xero ledger. ZaiFlow does not request cash transfer capabilities, administrative controls, or banking login credentials.
The diagnostic review is not a full bookkeeping engagement, tax review, audit, or attestation service. It does not replace your CPA, Enrolled Agent, tax advisor, or legal counsel. No formal adjustments, closing reconciliations, or transactions are processed during the diagnostic review.
Following the diagnostic review, ZaiFlow may provide a scope-of-work recommendation and pricing quote for ongoing bookkeeping, catch-up, or clean-up support. All ongoing paid services require a signed Engagement Agreement outlining fees, schedules, and deliverables.
